Helped me alot, I used to try to upload to youTube but I can't upload WMM files and only hypercams and AVI file.

Well yeah. You have to Save it as a Movie File or Save it to your computer (there's a link in Windows Movie Maker that says Save It to your Computer under Finish the Movie section). YouTube only accepts video files because, well, it's a video.

The sounds from those websites you suggested runs on Quicktime7 Pro and i don't really wanna buy the program for $30. Is there any possible way around it?

When i save my animation as an animated GIF theres no option to set the frame rate!

Look at the version of your Pivot. Pivot 2 (properly named Pivot 2.2.5) you can set the frame delay. If you haven't touched the scrollbar thing on the left and you want the speed to be the same as you previewed it, set it at 6.

If it's Pivot 3 (properly named Pivot 3.1 Beta), then the frame rate will be the same as the speed you set it in the preview thing on the scrollbar (the number below the scrollbar represents how many frames per second).
