Pivot help: MUSIC with ANIMATION SYNC

hi i watched some of your videos on the stick em up series

some of the videos have a part where it appears they are dancing to the music.

there was a song where it was like "hello" and the stick figure waved.

also, there was a scene in the stick em up series where a looking at a murder scene and he was talking. the talking was in line with the animation. and he put on these glasses at the right time!

please help me know how to syncronize music(for dancing stick figures) and sound effects(like battle sounds) and talking(lip sync how?)
